Joseph Henry Apple Library

Hood’s original library, which opened its doors in 1941, was named in honor of Joseph Henry Apple, president of Hood College from 1893-1934. It remained the library until the new Beneficial-Hodson Library and Information Technology Center was dedicated opened in 1992. The building is now the Joseph Henry Apple Resource Center, and it house offices for the Graduate School, registrar, career center, financial aid and study abroad.
